    Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst experience in an Intercontinental Hotel This was far away hotel with worst service in Latin America (from IHG). The reservation was done for a King bed size and they gave me two queens beds, then I wasn´t recognized as a Platinum IHG client. The room wasn´t cleaned on second day and finally I called four times to have key to open minibar and the key never arrives. The service at this hotel is terrible and not recommended to coma back. 19 August 2014
