    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 27 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Good Location Very Good Service 27 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My go-to hotel in Tokyo Perfect short-stay hotel. Maybe best location in the city. Shinigawa is a hole, but Haneda, Narita, Shinkansen, JR, subways....pretty much everything is right outside your door. Ginza ten minutes by cab. And most important, Joysound and Big Echo are only 200 yards away. Rooms are good. Not flashy. Well, the suites are kind of flashy. Great suites. Well-maintained. Should note there's no service charge here. So it looks a little expensive until you realize most of the competition is adding a nice fee on top of the room rate. Biggest knock is the room service. Not a big deal, but items on the overnight menu are the worst I've had in any hotel. Like a dummy I've kept ordering different things each stay thinking there must be something good, but no. Frozen grocery store pizza, that kind of bad. When you're jet-lagged, you need to eat at night. So I have to walk to Yoshinoya of all places at 3am. That's how bad it is. Maybe they'll fix it before my fall trip. 19 August 2014
