Borrowing its name from the 17th-century conservatories built to cultivate citrus fruits, Brighton’s Orangerie is a palette of invigorating flavours and colours. The menu changes with the seasons to bring Chesapeake’s freshest bounty to the table, which often includes rockfish, crabs, oysters, clams and scallops. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, and afternoon tea is a special addition on Fridays and Saturdays.
A cup of coffee or cappuccino, a sandwich, or fruit and pastries to go, gifts and sundries galore - it's all here at our hotel shop, open every day until 9 PM.
