Eastern Breeze presents Asian fusion fare with a cosmopolitan twist on tradition. From wherever you’re seated in the fashionable dining room, you can watch the chefs prepare and cook artful creations in the open-stage kitchen, which is the centrepiece of the restaurant. The signature Kamo (duck breast in honey) stands out on a menu filled with seafood, meat, poultry, sushi and vegetarian choices.
The food is literally the centre of attention in Harruba, which features a lavish, central buffet. The breakfast spread is accompanied by live cooking stations, and another irresistible feast is prepared at lunch. Executive Chef Jonathan Lee presents a new dinner theme each evening, with tastes ranging from Italian to Caribbean. The adjoining Soprano Restaurant gives you the option to go à la carte with a refreshingly simple selection of appetisers, soups, burgers and pastas.
Dining in Al Fresco is like taking a deep breath of fresh air. Surrounded by lush gardens and the starry Malta sky overhead, this romantic outdoor restaurant serves Mediterranean and Maltese dishes as well as fresh seafood prepared to order. The Shellfish Bowl, made with lobster, fasolari, vongole and mussels, is the chef’s pride. Al Fresco is open for dinner during the summer months.
The lush gardens and spectacular view of St George’s Bay are reasons enough to put Narcis Pool Bar & Grill on your itinerary, but the delicious food and cool cocktails will keep you coming back. Pizza, pasta and fresh grilled fish and meat dishes are served all summer for lunch and dinner, and poolside drinks are available from the bar, starting mid-morning.
A leading Sicilian chef and his exceptional Maltese staff combined their talents to create the fine Mediterranean menus at Paranga and Paranga Lido. Paranga’s stylish atmosphere on the water’s edge is an enticing backdrop for fine seafood, meat, vegetables, salads and pastas for lunch and dinner. Paranga Lido’s setting is equally charming, but the menu is a bit more casual, with salads, pastas and pizzas served during the summer months.
Winter weekends were made for dinner in Carissa, our seasonal restaurant overlooking the garden. The floor-to-ceiling windows are dramatic, but the atmosphere still feels romantically cosy. The à la carte menu will tempt you with pasta and a meat lovers’ corner where you can choose your own cut and have it prepared to your liking. The signature Rack of Lamb with Mediterranean Couscous comes highly recommended.
